About the room

Smaller of the 2 bedrooms (am willing to switch if you have alot of stuff) the property is in a friendly community and right near a major bus route. Heat and water is included, power is paid for but honestly its not that expensive. Theres currently my cats tree and litter box, I will be removing everything in the room and cleaning before you move in.

About the roomies

Im a 20 year old nscad student. 420 friendly, dont party at home and keep to myself for the most part. I have 1 cat who is super social and not aggressive in the slightest. She is OK with other cats but no dogs. So long as youre respectful and clean up after yourself I am very chill. Whatever you do is your business.
