The house has shared kitchen and living spaces and is set up for comfortable day-to-day living rather than a party environment. Everyone contributes to keeping common areas clean and respectful.

Features include in-house laundry, high-speed internet, a large backyard backing onto a greenbelt, a heated patio with seating, and a garage space set up as a small home gym. The living room includes a 120” projector setup for movie and game nights.

This is a shared home with a relaxed, adult atmosphere — ideal for someone looking for a comfortable and stable place to live.

You’d be living with two working professionals in their 30s. Richard (36) runs a landscaping business, and Connor (32) works as a social worker.

We’re easygoing, respectful, and keep a tidy house. It’s not a party house, but not overly strict either — just a normal, comfortable place to live. We value clear communication, shared responsibility for common spaces, and a generally chill environment.

We enjoy things like movie nights, tabletop games (including D&D), and hanging out, but everyone also has their own routines and space. The house is 420-friendly (outside only).

There is one resident cat (MoMo), so unfortunately we can’t accommodate additional pets.
