7 Grosvenor St (IMMIX) 3 minute walk away from College station. Walking distance from UofT and TMU. Perfect for young individuals. One bedroom (furnished) plus there’s an IKEA a 5 minute walk away. Shared bathroom and kitchen with one person (me). Unit has washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Building has a gym, multiple study spaces, bbq deck, pool, and a yoga room. Most of the people living in this building are UofT or TMU students. Hydro and Internet are separate (usually around 150/month per person). First and Last required. Lease is until 31/7/2026.

The whole unit has two rooms total (one is mine and the other room is the one I am renting out). bathroom and kitchen are shared with me, although I rarely cook. I clean the bathroom regularly. I am a student. I go to UofT. I keep the apartment clean but I’m not a hygiene freak. It’s usually pretty quiet. I don’t often invite people over although you’re welcome to.
