• Security Deposit: Half of the rent (so $525)
• Available for December 1st to move-in! (Rent is due 1st of every month)

• We enjoy a laid-back, casual vibe or relax together, but we respect each other’s personal space

• Cleaning Duties: We split household cleaning duties fairly among all housemates to keep everything neat and tidy. -Everyone is responsible for their own room, and we rotate tasks like cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and garbage.
