I am looking to share a 2 bedroom apartment. It’s on the fourth floor and has ample sunlight. The location is close to Leila/pipeline, close to bus stops and all amenities. It has in suite laundry and has extra parking available. It’s a renovated apartment with new carpets. There is an option to extend the lease for a year. The room is 14’11” X 9’8”.

I am from India. I am okay sharing space with any ethnic background. I do have a cat, she is friendly but keeps to herself most of the time. I am respectful of people’s personal space and like to keep the shared areas neat and clean and expect the same.
