The home is shared with other roomies that are mostly in their 20s/30s. The house has a total of six bedrooms; however, the downstairs suite is separate from upstairs. Both have their own living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Laundry is shared on the main level.
Caged pets OK, but no other animals of any kind. Smoking is permitted at the rear of the property, but nowhere near the main house.
Along bus route 12, which is not awesome and more or less only goes into the Mission a few times per day. Ideal roomie will have their own vehicle. Parking is available on-property.
Utilities are $125 per month extra and include heat, hot water, electricity, and internet. Roomies are responsible to keep up to date equally on the house shared chore schedule. This includes common area cleaning/yard maintenance, etc.
Absolutely no illegal street drugs of any kind permitted on the property.
The particular room shown is available at this reduced rate listed ($900 including utils) for the months of December and January only as I’m away on vacation. It features a private bathroom, and like all rooms in the house, comes fully furnished.
After that, the new roomie must move into one of the other available rooms in the house (the existing tenants are moving out February 1st but could potentially be available sooner)
