Top-floor penthouse Master Bedroom available at Discovery Bay Resort in downtown Kelowna with your own in room full wash room. King Bed/bed frame can be provided also. Own TV on wall in room and own separate access to balcony from bedroom. The place comes fully furnished: couches, big screen in living room, dining table (seats six), pots/pans, cutlery etc. In-Suite laundry and BBQ on patio. There is another full washroom on main floor & half washroom upstairs.
Internet & Heat/Electricity NOT included. We can split both down the middle.

Seasonal Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub: Availability may vary (consult booking staff)*
Fitness Center and Sauna: Stay active with the fully-equipped fitness center and unwind in the sauna.
Club House: Relax and have fun in the club house, complete with pool tables, foos ball table, a couch, and large screen TVs.
Outdoor Barbeque Area: Host family gatherings or social events at the large gas barbeque and seating area with a view of the lake.
The building is Strata owned so NO cigarettes, weed or vaping/e-cigarettes on property OR in unit.
The landlords also have a strict NO pet policy
About the roomies
I’m the only other person in the unit. I like to keep the home relaxing and clean. Don’t mind some noise during respectful hours as I work 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. I enjoy playing music, watching sporting events on TV or live ( Huge NFL & UFC fan) , going for walks, reading and listening to podcasts. I’m very much into health & fitness and meditate often. I enjoy my personal space and keeping to myself. Not really into partying or the night-life, don’t mind if you are as long as the party doesn’t follow you home. Would like to find someone respectful who knows how to clearly communicate & cleans up after themselves.
**I am 4/20 friendly but the unit/property managers ARE NOT so all smoking, vaping/e-cigarettes & weed has to be done outside
