Private room in a shared detached house with around 2000sqft of living space if you include the finished basement. There is one bathroom upstairs which is shared with me and one bathroom in the basement. There is a spare parking space if you need it. The location, in Dover SE, is decent and just a 15 minute bike ride to downtown. There is a bus stop just down the street.

Your only roommate will be me and I am often out of town. I’m clean, quiet and keep fairly busy with outdoor activities and work. I can be social but I can also do my own thing.
