Hi! A room is becoming available in our charming 5 1/2 apartment! We are located in the heart of the Plateau, an 8-minute walk from the Mont-Royal metro station, a 2-minute walk from La Fontaine Park, and one block from Mont-Royal Street.

The apartment is very close to all shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, the SAQ (liquor store), the SQDC (cannabis store), convenience stores, and of course, bars, restaurants, and cafes, etc.

🏠 About the apartment: Quiet ground-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. The apartment has a charming front terrace, perfectly equipped to secure a bicycle, as well as a generous back terrace that opens onto a garden 🌷 (and a super handy shed for storage). The available room is very bright and faces the street.

👀 What are we looking for?

A respectful and clean person who understands the importance of sharing a common space while also having their own private area. For us, a roommate is someone we can rely on, and vice versa.
