The basement unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (the bathroom is private and not shared, the full unit is a 2 bed 2 bath!)

The basement unit includes a spacious living room, private bathroom, bedroom, laundry, as well as a separate entrance. The kitchen is on the main floor. Only amenities shared between roommates are the laundry and kitchen. Looking for a female or non-binary roommate to take over the basement unit, as my previous roommate moved out in December.
