Mary's room

We have a large room with lots of storage to rent in West Abbotsford, not too far from Highstreet. The room is on the ground level of our house. Downstairs where the available room is, there is another bedroom that is currently occupied. There is a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area downstairs. There is tons of parking on the street out front and we are close to the bus routes. At this time, the room is empty, but if the incoming person would like it to be furnished, we could definitely furnish it. This is our first time renting our room out.

We are a working, busy, loving family of five upstairs (including 3 children) with two small puppies. The puppies are confined to one area of our house upstairs. We now have extra room in our house as two of our older daughters reside at UBC. We are looking for a person that won’t be bothered by normal family noise and this person has to be someone easy-going and trustworthy. The other occupant downstairs is my sister-in-law and her daughter, but they will be moving soon.
