Looking for a person to take over my lease in the Liv apartments, located at 207 Bell Street North. -I am moving out to a closer place to my work. She has a very friendly cat named hazel. Looking for someone clean and responsible -Rent is $1250, hydro not included. The lease is month to month and upon moving in first and last will be required.
