About the room
Looking for someone to take over my lease Dec 1 2025- August 31 2026(female only). Just a 10 minute walk to University of Toronto or a 15 min street car to TMU. This apartment is located just off College street meaning many places to explore and so many great stores near by…freshco and Kensington market are just a 5 minute walk away!! The 506 stop is right across the street, and Bathurst station is a quick street car away. Borden street itself is a quiet and relatively safe street, with a fire station and preschool just down the road. It is a four bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living space, shared coin laundry and a patio with the view of the CN Tower. The kitchen/living room is fully furnished, and AC, electric, water and heating are all included. Wifi is the only thing not included and is approximately 30$ a month. *room will be unfurnished.
About the roomies
The roomies are 3 other females aged 21-24. We are quiet and enjoy chill nights, but will also have people over sometimes. We are all very clean, you will rarely find a dirty dish in the sink! Feel free to message for more details:)
