About the room
The property is located in downtown Montreal, a 5 minute walk from Guy Concordia Station and 8 minute walk from the Alexis Nihon Shopping center. Those studying at Concordia or Dawson College will be able to easily commute in virtually any condition. The room is on the 16th floor with a large closet and private balcony with a view of Mt. Royal. Kitchen and living areas are fully furnished, rented room is furnished with a desk, chair, lamp mirror, bookshelf, bedside table, and twin mattress. (You are welcome to bring your own bed/frame if preferred) The buildings facilities include parking, an indoor pool located on the roof, and an exercise room with treadmills and various other equipment.
