It’s a large property, if you’re the outdoorsy type or like to have room to work on projects there’s a small shop space and lots of room to walk outside. There’s plenty of room to park vehicles.

There is a dog kennel though, so you’ll need to not mind a bit of dog barking and clients coming and going from the parking lot during the day hours.

In the house you’d get your own room, the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and living room would be shared space.

I’m a queer female adult who owns two cats that you’ll need to be okay with. I’m a quiet artist type person, so being chill, no drama or nonsense is necessary.
