You’ll have your own bedroom & bathroom (unfurnished), and the layout of this corner unit separates both bedrooms, its amazing. Floor to ceiling windows make it easy to see the most amazing sunrises and sunsets!
Availability: January 1st, 2026 (earlier move in for December is possible)

I’m from Brazil, Canadian citizen now. I’m a female in my 30s, I speak EN, PT and ES. I’m a nurse, I work 12h shifts, so I’m home late on working days, I often work weekends and holidays, and rarely nights. I value cleanliness (but not OCD), and am looking for a female who’s organized, employed, and respectful.
I also have the most amazing dog, she’s a mini aussie shepherd, very well-trained. She will 100% get attached, so you must love dogs! I don’t smoke, rarely drink, I am an athlete. I love many hobbies and I’m rarely home.
