Where: The Elm Park Neighbourhood in St. Vital behind Glenlawn Collegiate.

The Living Space: We have a comfortable fully renovated basement with bedrooms that we would like to share with a female/s.
The living area has a large bathroom, a laundry room, a family room, a kitchenette, a standard sized fridge and is located in a very nice, well established neighbourhood. There are three bedrooms, all fully furnished with a bed, desk and closet with drawers. The entire living space is carpeted and move-in ready. The bedroom windows are up to city code for egress. The building has high speed internet included in the room rental. Parking is available on the front street but not on the property. The property is monitored outside with security cameras and an alarm/alerting system.

What We Are Looking For: We have hosted university students from all over the world for over 26 years. We would like to share our home with females that are interested in a safe, comfortable place. You: Are a stable, quiet, friendly, respectful and happy person. This is not a party house.

The three available bedrooms are currently vacant. We will work diligently to find roommates that match. The “Roomies” upstairs are a mid-fifties Mom and Dad team. We have current and clean criminal record checks and are professionally employed in post secondary institutions. We have two friendly and well behaved older dogs.
