About the room
Hi there, I have two bedrooms coming available on January 1st, there is a shared large bathroom that also has the laundry units in it. There’s street parking at the bottom of the hill (not that far of a walk) and some storage space in the garage. No smoking in the house, no parties that goes for me as well. I have a small kitten but keep his litter box in my room. Small back yard for hanging out, fancy large BBQ for use whenever. Utilities will be included but please be mindful of use. Please note the furniture in the bedrooms will be gone and the rooms will be bare. Some of the furniture downstairs will also be gone.
About the roomies
As of January 1st I will be the only one living here, I’m a 40 year old working professional electrician, I don’t smoke or party, I don’t mind the occasional drink now and then, I’m up around 6 and home around 530 Monday to Friday. I’m a gamer, outdoorsy, and outgoing.
