Small backyard, parking space, 2 minute walk from bus stop, free washer and dryer in house, one cat is welcome. Comes furnished with desk, chair, and queen sized bed and bedframe. Looking for someone to take over my lease, it ends on August 31st 2026. Lease transfer fee is $400 dollars but I will cover 60%
About the roomies
Shared with 3 males, one of which is the landlord. There are some people in apartments in the basement but you won’t interact with them much.
