Two bedroom apartment, you will be sharing with myself (26 y/o female, they/them), I am a student. There are cleanliness and hygiene expectations for common areas. I am pretty quiet overall but I do spend a lot of my time in the living room doing school work/watching tv, etc., but I hope to build a healthy roommate relationship and share the space respectfully! I do not allow parties/large groups to come over, but a few friends is fine with notice of course, and I will afford you this same respect when I have occasional visitors. I am a sober person so it would be nice to have a sober roommate but this is not required, I just ask that if you are not sober you are respectful of the fact that I am (e.g., don’t have people over to drink etc.). The kitchen and living area is very small and there is only one bathroom so I’m looking for a roommate who has good communication skills, respects my boundaries, and is able to set their own boundaries clearly and respectfully when it comes to common areas. Upstairs tenants and downstairs tenants are kind and welcoming.
