Rent is $900/month + $100/month for utilities. (Total $1000/month) I provide essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags, so you don’t need to worry about them. You can also use my kitchen equipment, and laundry is conveniently located in the building’s basement.
The location is unbeatable — just one block from the CTrain station, steps from bus stops, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and all downtown amenities.

About the roomies
About me; I’m a Japanese female in my 30s. I spend most of my time at home. I’m open minded and respectful, I like to cook and go out for drinks. I’m usually quiet and I respect and appreciate privacy too. I also like to keep things clean and I hope the new roomie is the same.
I have a boyfriend coming over to this place once a week or more. Mostly he will spend the time in the living room, he may use the place for his work. Also sometimes he sleeps over in my room. So I hope the roomie doesn’t mind him. He’s also friendly and nice.
