• apartment has in- unit laundry, dishwasher and Central heating and air conditioning.
• very Safe and Quiet area in Sage Hill.
• 4-5 Minutes walk from a shopping complex which has Wallmart, Dollarama, Bulk barn, restaurants and many more.
• Building has it’s own Gym and study/ Work area (nice and quiet )one can access.
• One won’t be able to cook Red meats or Fish in house, Chicken is fine.
• No restrictions on Smoking or Drinking .
• electricity will be extra.
• Expectations : Looking for a Mature, Decent and Tidy mate
