I’m looking for a new roommate and have one room available (a choice between two options) in my home in North Galt, near 401 & Townline. About 20 minutes drive to downtown Kitchener and 20 minutes to downtown Guelph.

Room Options:

1. Huge Master Suite – walk-in closet, office/reading nook, + private 4-piece ensuite with a jacuzzi tub.
2. Large Bedroom – Large windows, shared bathroom.

What’s included: • One parking spot • Shared use of living spaces, kitchen, laundry, garage, and backyard • You’d be living with me, one other roommate, and two children (ages 9 and 14)

Move-in: December - January

2 working women (each in their own room) and 2 school aged children (each in their own room)

We host a family friendly social gathering once a week on Thursday evenings, spontaneous gatherings/games nights, and larger parties every once in a while. Very active in the dance community in Kitchener. We love music, nature, community, authentic connection, games/play and adventure!

Our home is an openly Poly and LGBTQ friendly space!
