The apartment is located near Bloor and Spadina. 5min walk to Metro, Shoppers, Tims, and Bloor restaurants and shopping. Extremely close to UofT.
Rent is 1000 monthly + utilities (~50-60 usually). There’s coin laundry in the basement of the building.
The apartment has a huge balcony and fairly big living space. The building is fob entry only.
Your two roommates would be myself and a woman named Bella, she’s a nursing student who also works full time and I am a full time server. We’re both quiet, clean, and keep to ourselves mostly. Also each of us has a cat so two cats in the apartment.
If you’re interested we can setup a viewing sometime soon, all we’d ask if you want the apartment is first and last months rent then we can put you on the lease.
