Rent is $1000 / month which includes all utilities, WIFI and AC. You will be sharing house facilities such as main bathroom (4 pc), laundry, kitchen and living space. You will have access to the backyard and deck. Our home is pet-friendly - we have 2 cats, and we regularly board dogs. If you are not comfortable with dogs in the house, you will not be comfortable here. Note: This is a non-smoking home.
