About the room
The pics don’t do it justice! This is a highly sought after area to live. The community is amazing. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Space is shared accommodation with me and my one ragdoll cat Vi. He’s amazing and loves people and affection. Must love cats to be a good fit for this accomodation. Shared kitchen and washroom. Laundry included at no extra cost to you. Internet and cable TV will also be included at no extra cost to you. Room is furnished. You can choose to remove any of the furniture already in the room or keep it as it is. It is ultimately up to you. No parking is available Absolutely zero tolerance for partying or drugs. Marijuana use is OK as long as it’s smoked outside in the smoking area, smoking cigarettes is also ok in the same area. Pls msg me if you’re interested and we can book a viewing.
