Hello, I am looking for a new female roommate to take over my lease on January 1st (dates are flexible) as I am moving to another province. It is one bedroom (single occupancy) in a two-bedroom unit in the basement of a quiet and clean house. Fully furnished with bed, bedside, desk, chair, lamp.

Very quiet, safe, and clean house in prime location! The room is well lit (considering it is a basement room) and since the window faces the garage, it is very private. There is extra storage under the bed (it fits large suitcases too). The lease term is negotiable, it could be for a year, until the end of February (which is when my lease ends), or if another term is preferred, we can check with the landlady (she is very nice!).

Share kitchen and washroom with a very respectful, quiet, pleasant, clean female roommate. Rent is 850 per month, all utilities included (wifi, water, hydro, heat, AC). Wifi is reliable, heat and AC work well. Two blocks South of Bloor street. 5 min walk to Koreatown/Annex area. Walkable distance to UofT St George campus. Intersection: Harbord/Bathurst. It is a safe area with many restaurants, transit, and groceries nearby. The closest laundromat is just a block away (maybe a minute walk). No smoking, drugs, not pet friendly. 1 spot for parking also available (for extra fees).

The roommate is super respectful and mindful of your space, whether you want to chat or if you prefer to keep it to yourself. She works normal business hours.
