LOCATION: St. Clair W. & Oakwood. No frills, Tim Horton, pizza pizza, cafes, restaurants, RBC and TD bank all within a 5 min walk. Easy access to both the green and yellow line via the bus/streetcar. The intersection nearby is busy and there is a high school across the street.

RENTAL TERMS: Off-Lease Roommate, rent will be paid to myself. There will be a written roommate agreement (not covered by RTA).

About the Space: Second floor unit in a multi unit home. Bedroom has a north facing window. Can fit a queen bed, 2ft wide closet with high ceilings in the room and with a shelf on top. Unit has 3 other closets which we use communally (one coat and 2 storage). The kitchen is on the smaller side but we’re pretty good at sharing and navigating the space. In general we divide the cost of household necessities and chores equally. Nice Spacious living room with a west facing window. No patio or yard but there is a fire escape to sit and smoke on. We enjoy hosting friends occasionally and I occasionally shoot videos or photos at home.

About us: 2 tenants, both in our late 20s. I am currently in my last year of pursuing my Film Production BA. I also work as a bartender. My roommate Tarin works in research around post secondary mental health and WFH 2 days a week, she is typically out on weekends visiting family. We are 420 friendly (outside only) and I have two cats named Poe & Blossom!
