The house is very modern, spacious, luxurious, and fully furnished. The house has central AC/heating as well. Street Parking is available!
The room comes with a Queen size bed, night stand, and clothing rack. The room is bright and quiet. The bathroom is shared with 2 people.
COMMON AREAS: A large kitchen and a kitchenette, a dining room, 2 living rooms with a TV, a large brightly lit office in the front of the house, and a laundry room in the basement. We have a nice porch with tables and seating. Space for gardening in the backyard is available.
LOCATION: The house is in South Cambie area, 4-minute walk to King Ed-Cambie Skytrain station and less than a minute walk to the bus station, 1 block to Safeway, and 2 blocks away from Douglas Park.
STORAGE: The house has lots of storage space! Large garage to store excess furniture or bikes + sporting equipment. Lots of kitchen space and two fridges!
About the roomies
The roomies are a friendly group of professionals (early 20’s - early 30’s). Fitting in with the house friendly environment is important.
