Hello! I’m subletting my room for 4 to 6 months (January – April-June 2026) in Plateau Mont-Royal, right at the corner of Avenue du Mont-Royal. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heating in the bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. Close to Saint-Laurent and Saint-Denis boulevards. 5 minutes from Mont-Royal metro station. 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket. Roommates are students and recent graduates (4 rooms total).
The lease runs until June 30, 2026, and is automatically renewable if desired.
About the roomies
I currently live with 3 guys who study at McGill (around 20 years old), they come from Mexico, Canada and France, they are my friends and are very fun.
