About the room
Located in one of Cochrane’s original neighbourhoods - the East End. Easy access to all downtown amenities by foot or bus. The pathway system is also 1 block away, so you can scoot or bike to your destination.
The room is fully furnished with a nightstand, lamp, queen bed, and large closet. The bathroom is mostly for your private use - in the rare instance there are guests, they may use it as it’s the only bathroom upstairs. The yard is large with a deck and fire pit. Street parking is available if you have a vehicle.
About the roomies
I work weekdays, typical dayshifts, and would prefer someone who has a daytime schedule. I am a clean, quiet, non-smoking, homebody. I have a child who lives here part-time, and a large dog who lives here full-time. I enjoy cooking, playing board games, and discussing current events. I am looking for renter compatibility rather than rushing to rent the space.
