We’re looking for a clean, responsible girl to move into one bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment. Move-in can be December or January. We’re hoping for someone who can stay until August 2026, with the possibility of extending, but we’re flexible.

The room has great natural lighting and a window (it doesn’t physically open). It’s unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully equipped and move-in ready.

-Apartment Includes: Full kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, rice cooker Plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, and all cookware Shared washroom Shared balcony LGBTQ-positive home Cats live here, so you must be cat-friendly Cleaning supplies like vacuum and mop already provided

-Utilities & Costs: Laundry downstairs (private to the apartment complex): $6 total for wash + dry WiFi split 3 ways: $24/month Tenant insurance: $11/month
