• Furnishing for the bedroom and common area are negotiable -Street parking is available
• Having a dog is negotiable and dependant on the dogs temperament

-In the basement, there is one other room that is available for rent for $700. It’s the smaller of the two rooms but still rather large. -I am in my 40s and live upstairs with female tenants. We would only need to go to the basement to do laundry. We are a very quiet household.
