The room is large! • One 3 piece bathroom and a rec room that are shared with one roommate •Month to month to start -Non smoking • The house is located near Southgate Mall and just off the Whitemud freeway -Up the street is access to the river valley • Furnishing for the bedroom and common area are negotiable -Street parking is available • Having a dog is negotiable and dependant on the dogs temperament. This may change depending on who rents a room first.

• In the basement, there is one other room that is available for rent for $750 because its the larger if the two rooms. •I am in my 40s and live upstairs with female tenants. We would only need to go to the basement to do laundry. •We are a very quiet household.
