You’ll have access a bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, laundry machines, and parking with a winter plug-in. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and only 20 minutes from Red Deer, it’s an ideal spot for studying, working, and enjoying lake life.

My wife and I live in the home part-time, and we share the space with respectful students and working professionals. It’s a friendly, laid-back household that values cleanliness and a calm environment. We keep things simple: no smoking and no pets. We’re easygoing and always happy to help new tenants feel comfortable and welcome.
