House:

• 2 large living rooms (55“ tv 1st floor with 2 leather couches, and 75“ tv on second floor with a ridiculous 22 foot long couch and a chaise lounger for a reading corner). - Large board/card game collection/VR/xbox X.

• 2 kitchens, we are in the process of adding a second full-size prep kitchen to ensure a calm peaceful space to spread out and do meal prep. 2 full-sized fridges, mini-fridge and mini-freezer and any small appliance you can think of.

• Full gym: Rubberized foam floor, treadmill, smith machine, 350lbs plates with 3x bars, 2X 55lbs adjustable dumbbells, chin-up bar, cable machine, punching bag, plyobox, resistance bands, weight vest, etc. The gym is still ugly while we update it.

• Fabrication room 3x 3D printers, soldering, candle-making, sewing, painting, pottery, casting, gardening, crafts, essential oil making, electronics and projects.

• The three bathrooms each have a bidet, soaker jet tub is in the basement bathroom. Regular tub in main upstairs bath. Adding a fourth bathroom in a few months.

• Restarting our hydroponic gardens so there will be plenty of free leafy greens, spices and herbs. We will be continually expanding this to hopefully start producing tomatoes, melons and cucumbers, etc,. inside all year round.

• Two-car garage (currently used as a workshop but space can be made for a car), walk-out basement.

Tamara, Yllana and Chris. I’m (Tamara) in my mid-20s; a big reader, I love cooking, drawing, casual video games and am a relatively quiet person although I do tend to make a mess in the kitchen while cooking. Ordinarily I tend to stay in the 2nd floor great room, the kitchen or my room. I just headed off to Indonesia for a few months though, but Chris and Yllana are still at the house.

My partner, of 5+ years, Chris is social, respectful, a good listener but often busy. He never has anyone over and will likely be out most weekends to friends places. If you want him to customize your room, just let him know, he loves renovating and decorating (as well as video games). Chris tends to be in his basement office, basement fabrication room or the kitchen.

Yllana is a 21-year old tenant, she is laid-back, respectful and mostly keeps to herself. Enjoys music, anime, video games, and is often on the phone with friends so she spends most of her time in her room or the kitchen, but doesn’t use the common areas very much.

The house doesn’t really have divided chores, there is a tenant only bathroom that is for tenant use only, so you’d be responsible for that. Beyond that everything else is pretty much handled by Chris, so no need to worry about that stuff. Neither of us are big drinkers, maybe 3 or 4 times a year, and we don’t smoke and really want to find a housemate that also doesn’t smoke.

In the house we have a 2-year old rescue lab-husky mix, she is adorable and always wants to cuddle/be petted…with 3 roombas (1 per floor) automated to clean 5x a day each to ensure her hair fall doesn’t build up.
