About the room
I have a 3 bedroom duplex, clean with hardwood floors. The location is great as it is downtown Perth. It is my Airbnb room that I would like to rent until spring (May 1st) I share with another 40ish man would works long hours. We have winterized my Gazebo as a smoking area, it has music and a propone fire pit, making it very comfortable and fun. Looking for a proper personality FIT, must be clean, helpful & respectful. We share kitchen and bathroom, it’s never been an issue. Free unlimited WIFI and laundry access.
About the roomies
I’m semi retired and works a few days per week. The other roommate 40ish. He is working on road construction and work different hours leaving between 4 -6 am. He is very pleasant, clean, bright & funny. We connect well together and looking for a good match. I am in not rush to rent until the right match is found.
