Really good location! Less than a 5 minute walk to UofT campus and Queen’s Park Station. The house has great vibes, and the other units are super friendly. It’s in an awesome part of the city, close to Chinatown, Kensington, the AGO, and tons of good food spots. The unit itself is a 3 bed, 1 bath, perfect for students, students on internship or anyone who wants to be right in the middle of everything. Room has a window, wardrobe, and bed included.

Richard is the main tenant and leaseholder. He’s a 4th-year UofT student. A woman from the UK will be moving in this January as part of her university’s exchange program. I’m a co-op student, but I have to leave Toronto for my work term, which is why my room is opening up.
