Location: - 5-minute drive from VIU - Around a 25-minute walk - Bus stops are 30 seconds away - University Village is a 6-minute drive away, which has a Buy Low Foods, Starbucks, Value Village, etc.

The bedroom/apartment - Size: 9’-11’’ X 8’-11’’ - Built in closet - Unfurnished - Shared bathroom

Parking - If you need parking, it will be an extra $50 per parking space. Parking is located in the parking lot right outside of our apartment.

Shared Living Space: - Both my roommate and I don’t drink, don’t smoke, and aren’t big partiers. We do occasionally invite friends over to hang out and play boardgames, which you would be welcome to do as well.

We are currently in the process of furnishing the living area. We have the basics (couch, tv, tv stand, standing lamp, area rug, and a dining table and chairs), but it doesn’t have many decorations… You know, we are starving students. Nevertheless, if you’d like to contribute to make the space feel more like home, you are welcome to, but it isn’t necessary.

Bedroom for rent!

My roommate and I are looking for a roommate from January 1st to August 1st. A female under the age of 30 is preferred, as we are both female students attending VIU. My roommate (21) is in interior design, while I (19) am pursuing a kinesiology degree.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay more long term, then it should be noted that we are most likely going to renew our lease in September. If you are a good fit we would love if you’d stay with us!
