A fully furnished room with a large closet and ensuite washroom will be available for rent starting January 2026.

The rent is $750 per month, which includes all utilities, and the lease will run for eight months from January to August 2026.

The house is in a prime location on Whyte Avenue. The bus stop is a two-minute walk away, and it takes about eight minutes to get to the University of Alberta. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and both Safeway and No Frills are within a 5–10 minute walk.

Shared spaces in the house are cleaned by professional cleaners every two weeks.
