About the house:

• It is a gorgeous bungalow with finished basement in Old Ottawa South.
• We are a 2 minute walk to a bus stop that goes downtown or to billings bridge
• Staircase to the canal when it freezes is at the top of our block.
• 15 minute walk to Lansdowne
• 2 parking spaces (shared) and free unlimited street parking (no parking permit needed in our neighbourhood
• Central AC
• No utilities are included in rent
• 2 bath, kitchen with double sink and dishwasher
• Backyard with deck and three planter beds for a vegetable garden

Room:

• Largest room in the house (we all pay the same rent)
• Comes with ginormous wardrobe and closet

Rent is 1247.08 a month. Additional utilities are gas, water, hot water header, electric and wifi, this is an additional average of 100$ a month.
