Bedroom furnished with a bed and dresser (it’s my old one and it’s seen better days). Unit includes large kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Your entrance is separate from mine and passes by the laundry machine.

The area is great. We are steps away from Line 2 and a short walk from Dufferin Mall (cheap groceries, lcbo, shopping). There’s also a library and many parks nearby.

No pets please. No smoking inside. LGBT welcome and LGBT friendly required. I am black and gay. No jerks or weirdos allowed.

I’m a friendly 20-something working professional valuing cleanliness, mutual respect, and communication. I’ve lived here for a year already.

I’m in office M-TH and will likely spend F-Sun in my room. I will have the occasional friend over but the sound doesn’t travel well between my unit and yours. There’s a bit of sounds from other units in the house (upstairs, front of house, and basement are rented out) but everyone it’s pretty quiet. This is a sublease agreement. The landlord is responsive and not a jerk.

Happy to make a friend but not necessary! Looking for a roommate that’s friendly, cordial, and not at all passive aggressive. I hope we can work together to maintain a space we both love coming home to!
