About the room
This is a single room available with an attached 2 piece washroom (toilet and sink). You will share the shower in the other bathroom with the other roommates. The room has a private balcony overlooking a small playground! Utilities are included in the rent price, parking is an extra $100 per month, underground parking is available. The kitchen is shared with the other roommates, it comes with a full stove, oven, and a dishwasher! This unit is super close to major bus stops and a metro as well as many other amenities (restaurants, medical clinic, tims, mcdonalds …). Only a 10 minutes bus to the UTM campus and 15 minutes to Clarkson GO Perfect place for young working professionals or students !! Unit is available from January 1st, but can be made available a week or so earlier for move in! I can provide more photos if you’d like!
About the roomies
You will be living with 2 guys (23 and 30), they’re super friendly and they keep the shared spaces tidy! Great to chat to also !!
