Location location, location!
Property is a freehold townhome with a front patio and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. The room for rent is on the 2nd floor, facing South.
Common areas include a kitchen with island counter sitting for dining, living room with a home gym (elliptical, smyth machine, Swiss ball, yoga mattress, dumbbells) as well as the use of the front patio (private).
Utilities included in the rent: water, hydro, heat and wifi. Weekly cleaning by a professional is included in rent (daily upkeep and cleaning after yourself is still required). Pets: small dogs (house trained, well behaved and minimum barking) will be considered. Other pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Bring them with you during your visit.
Lease: month-to-month, 6 months at a time or annual. First and last month’s rent, background check, including proof of employment and income will be required. Students will need to provide proof of enrollment and a bank statement to prove having sufficient savings to cover the living costs for the duration of the lease.
About the roomies
Roommates: the main tenant (related to the owners) is a 2nd year university student (female). 2 nd roommate is a family friend (male) in his 50s. Very easy going, respectful, employed. All are LGTBQ friendly. No smokers.
Roommate profile: looking for a serious student or working professional no older than 30 years old. No dietary restrictions (shared kitchen).
