Best for someone without mobility issues given stairs to access entrance and up to room area.

Main occupant, quiet professional, lives on top two floors and mostly works remotely, so the wifi is very high speed. One small dog and cat (both hypoallergenic breeds) live upstairs. Area to lower level is separated from upper floors by gate. Main occupant only accesses lower floor for laundry.
