About the room
The apartment is in the heart of the Halifax South End, with everything you need within a 10-minute walk. Sobeys, NSLC, Subway, and a bus stop are all within a 2 minute walk. Heat and water is included in the rent, and we can discuss power and wifi. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment comes with everything you may need on a daily basis. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in-unit. Underground parking is available but at an extra cost.
About the roomies
I am a 23 year old recent graduate from Dalhousie University, now working full time. I am working on-site 4 days a week and working from home 1 day. I am clean, respectful, and value communication above all else. It’s rare that I have people over at the apartment as I prefer to go out with friends instead of having them over, and I have a shy but incredibly friendly cat that loves to mind his own business.
