BILLS ARE INCLUDED Decided to put up my room for rent for anyone who cant afford a place on thier own and help make rent for me cheaper too. U can send the monthly rent by e transfer, (we’d be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom) smoking cigarettes/cannabis is fine as long as its outside, idc if u vape indoors though, you’d get the bedroom all to yourself, has a closet in it and a window, decent size, you’ll have a bed, bedside table with a LED light, a small dresser thingy with a TV on it, a spare laundry basket I have, blankets a pillow, all the essentials basically, (bring what you want of course) address is close by a superstore where I work and a esso gas station, close to Henderson highway too, upstairs neighbors are usually quiet, its an east Indian brother and sister and thier freind (I’ll mention now I’m native) shoveling the pathway during winter can be done in turns, or I can do it (it’s actually something I enjoy lol) please do be aware we will occasionally (like once a week) come across a water bug or two but I just squish em, (it’s a basement suite so) everything is included in the rent, it’s 1195$ a month but I’m only charging you 350$ a month cuz again, it’s for ppl who need a place and can’t afford solo living.

Just me, I work overnights from 9PM to 5 AM at the superstore on gateway road (about a 15 min walk there) so nights will be quiet don’t worry though as I’m a decently heavy sleeper and I also take melatonin to help me pass out, we can divide chores like dishes and vacuuming etc, sharing food is cool with me but you also need to buy your own food too pls, I’ll also mention I am occasionally a femboy (use Google if you don’t know what that is) not all the time, usually just while I’m chilling at home every other day don’t u dare judge me u fish 🐠. I spend my free time usually gaming on my PC or Xbox, sleeping or watching YouTube, I also do enjoy cooking so I don’t mind making food for us both most days, I’m not Gordon ramsay but I can make good food,
