I AM LOOKING TO SHARE MY 2-BEDROOM WITH SOMEONE UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP ON SEPTEMBER 1ST. I AM OPEN TO SHORTER PERIODS, INCLUDING WORKING STAYS. QUESTIONS? REACH OUT. Room available in a new condo-style apartment near Papineau metro. All you need to bring is yourself. All utilities are included: heat, hot water, lights, and internet. I also have a Playstation with a premium membership for those who love gaming in the living room. The building has a gym and will have a rooftop pool in the summer. The apartment is furnished and has two beautiful bathrooms. The one pictured is the main one which you will use. The bedroom currently has a bunk which will be converted into one double bed. Or, if you have your own bed, you can bring it. The room will also have a computer desk, chair, and computer, unless you want to bring your own. Everything else in the room will be removed. This is a really lovely area and next to the metro station and two grocery stores. The current lease goes until September 1st, 2026, but I am open to shorter terms.
