About the room
The property is located near square one. Very good location with a short 2 minute walk to the bus stop (route 28) You can walk to a grocery store and parks. Gym is super close as well (Fit4less) The basement is warm due to good construction (sub floor) and very bright with lots of lights and also natural light due to big egress windows throughout the unit (3 ft x 3 ft). Safety features such as interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and the big exit windows within the unit to escape in case of an emergency. The owner (myself and my partner along with a little boy live upstairs). Utilities all included along with furniture.
About the roomies
You’d be sharing with a working couple who have their own room and bathroom. They both work 6 days a week. Very quiet and respectful.
