The room gets great light and has incredible sunsets! The apartment faces west.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces, you’ll have space in each room for belongings.

The apartment is on the 9th floor. There are two elevators in the building.

Paid laundry is in the basement of the building ($3.25-3 per wash & dry)

There is no air conditioning, but there is space for a window AC

There is a shared balcony with hammock& chairs that is accessible through the bedroom.

There is a minimal gym and social space located in the basement, accessible 24 hours a day.

The room has some furnishings, which you can decide if you would like or not. If no, they will be removed prior to move-in.

The chosen roommate will sign a roommate agreement (made by the Toronto Housing Society) with me and be added as an occupant on the lease. The lease is only in my name.

The closest TTC station is Spadina, mere steps outside of the front door. You can make it to Union or Yorkdale mall in under 15 minutes.

The Green line (Spadina & Bloor) is a 4 minute walk away

I am a 38 y/o neurodivergent cis male who works from home a majority of the time. I enjoy a lot of home-bound hobbies such as playing video games, puzzling, board games, and watching television, but I also enjoy going out to concerts, comedy shows, trivia nights, hangouts with friends, etc. I am generally pretty quiet and keep to myself but like to have friends over occasionally for hobby hangouts or dinners. I’m very passionate about music, but have headphones that you won’t be bothered during the many hours I listen to it. I have a very friendly cat named Ellie, who will definitely want to make friends with you.
